Natalie has been working in recruitment since 2010 after she graduated with a 2:1 Business Management. She spent 6 years working for a North West based agency focusing on Commercial recruitment. In 2016 she got the opportunity to work with a Global recruitment business and worked her way up to Senior Business Manager and managing 9 staff across multi-specialism businesses. She joined Adele Carr in January 2024 and is responsible for Business Support roles across Merseyside.
She prides herself on building long lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike. She feels passionate about doing recruitment the right way but working quickly and efficiently and making the process as smooth as possible.
