Shannon began her career in retail and hospitality until eventually moving into the recruitment industry 4 years ago, specialising in Construction.

Shannon joined Adele Carr in March 2020 covering interim and temporary contracts for both senior and transactional across the Cheshire, North Wales, Staffordshire and Shropshire areas. Recently, Shannon has taken on covering the Liverpool region also.

Outside of work, Shannon lives and breathes the gym.
